misty-eyed… I remembered us with Papa but we were still young back then… We were in the beach and we played, but it was too long ago and it never happened again… We miss you Papa…

You know, that was exactly some of the best times I had ever had with my old man! It was great then, the beach was my escape and his way of treating us to an afternoon of carefree fun(sometimes even after school)! This video definitely hits home for me!

:::MUST READ:::
At age 15, your dad
expects a hug when you come home, you thank
him by going into your room.
At age 18, he cries
……at your graduation, you thank him by partying
all night.
At age 26 he pays for your wedding,
you thank him by moving states.
At age 50, he
falls ill and you weren’t there. He slowly dies,
and it all came crashing down on ur heart.
its so unfair
If you love your dad, like this post !!

I like my life filled with music…lots of it – lots of different types…and I’m a big believer that it’s perfectly doable to like the old and the new and the inbetween
LONG LIVE VARIETY

@21icecreamman Check out Eluveitie. Maybe you don’t like it, but they are absolutely different to every pop music. And they can play their music live, no auto-tune. Have fun! ^^
January 19th, 2012 at 3:15 am
@21icecreamman Amen Brother!
January 19th, 2012 at 4:09 am
@21icecreamman I agree man, I’m 16 and my generation is totally and utterly clueless. Nice username btw.
January 19th, 2012 at 4:26 am
@21icecreamman Not true. There are definitely mainstream singers today that can’t sing at all without autotune, you shouldn’t stereotype today’s era of music like that. There are many mainstream singers that are amazing without autotune. Look at Bruno Mars, Kelly Clarkson, Michael Buble, Amy Lee (Evanescence), Beyonce, Rihanna, and many more. If you don’t like today’s music, that is fine, but it is ignorant to say that none of today’s singers have talent.

@DizziNY1 and now 22, but I want to think is a mistake…those who clicked finger down is because they thought download the song!
January 19th, 2012 at 4:52 am
@21icecreamman I am 18 and completely agree. Sure its good for a rave party, but that is why i listen to Angels and Airwaves. Tom DeLong is the closest thing your going to get to that today and his music is amazing.

January 19th, 2012 at 6:46 am
@21icecreamman I know what you mean, i’m 16 all of my friends are obsessed with dubstep. I will never understand how people enjoy that “music”, it’s just a guy with computer software making noises!
January 19th, 2012 at 7:01 am
fuckin gangsta shit right here
January 19th, 2012 at 7:32 am
@21icecreamman I’m completely agree with your comment, that’s a voice high quality
January 19th, 2012 at 7:45 am
Once a later, pianoman is a lawer occupation.
But he makes that job to get a high occupation!
Of cource, that is by other musichian’s works.
But,but, but,I think so he is a greatest man is a succsessful musician!
January 19th, 2012 at 8:24 am
@21icecreamman Funny thing is he and a lot of others from this time has so much talent he probably made songs in five minutes. Difference between now and then is electronics aren’t just in the amps and chords anymore. all good music is off the tv in various local places around the world.
January 19th, 2012 at 8:43 am
I believe this is killing me.”
As my smile ran away from my face
“Well I’m sure that I could be a movie star
If I could get out of this place
“Yes, We’re sharing a drink We call loneliness
But it’s better than drinkin’ alone. A men. this bringing me back lot´s of memories…
January 19th, 2012 at 9:17 am
He is one of the best musician in the world!!!

January 19th, 2012 at 10:44 am
” sometimes U play me a memorie,I’m not realy sure how it goes, it is sad and it’s sweet and I knew it complete, but then I took an arrow in the knee” are the actual lyrics…
January 19th, 2012 at 11:10 am
Think about the kind of music that was popular in 1973 and you realize how original Billy Joel is as an artist to write something like this and make it a hit.
January 19th, 2012 at 11:12 am
@sgtpepper1138 haha I only got frustrated with that guy cause he was saying rude stuff, but yea i’ll ask my dad if he knows cus i don’t and i’ll get back to ya
January 19th, 2012 at 11:19 am
@whitelighterxxx That’s awesome whitelighter, you don’t by any chance know what street it was on, do you? It’s not that I don’t believe you, I just like to find old buildings
January 19th, 2012 at 12:00 pm
@pepsis1987 That would be better actually. Cuz then he could have a son who thinks what he is doing is silly, until they come together and strengthen there relationship through the bond of music
Great idea. Maybe I will write that…
